Remember Who You Are

Watch this video on YouTube

Many people seem to be experiencing some pretty difficult days lately. I have spoken to so many people that are stuck in a funk, whether at home, in work, with their health, finances, and especially relationships.

I decided to record this video to stir you up a bit. It’s a little different from what I normally offer, but I felt it was very needed, cause sometimes the only thing that will get you out of a funk is a bit of a jolt.

Topics include:

  • Remembering who you are
  • Releasing emotion, then standing
  • Being unmoved in your passion for life
  • Eliminating the victim mentality
  • Rising to your fullest potential

I want  you to know that I’ll never give up on you. I will always be here, standing.

Yes, I am talking about you.

All my love,

Philip McCluskey

Thank you for doing this. I needed to be shaken. Its like you said, we don’t have to feel lonely even if we are. I needed to hear this tonight. I am doing new things in my life and taking back control of my life that my poor health has robbed me of for so many years because I didn’t take responsibility for my health. Now that I am doing it, I feel that I had to end many unhealthy relationships. Its an opportunity for me now, turning a tragedy into an opportunity that is. I want to enjoy life and I also have been feeling stuck. Tomorrow, I will leave my home and do something for myself. I been stuck in here in my “safe” zone, time I change that and do it now! Thank you again, Love & Light, Orlando

Wow, so great to hear you taking action so quickly. Amazing. You’re right, changing your environment is massive! Getting out of the house is so important. Doesn’t even matter what you do. Could be just to sit in a coffee shop with a peppermint tea and a nice book and see what happens. :)

Thank you so much for this. Incredibly relevant to my life right now. Early thirties and a relationship of 15 years is ending – the only relationship I’ve ever been in. I have no idea who I am without him (a divine being, I suppose… but need to learn what that feels like). So many people have a pattern of heart break, pain, abandonment, etc. I’ve never experienced it. Ever. Not from my family, my father, friends. I have no experience of getting over things to pull from. My life hasn’t been perfect by any means, but I’ve always felt secure and trusting in my relationships with people. I just feel suddenly and utterly alone and absolutely humiliated. But I’m going to work hard at finding my joy and connecting with others. It’s funny, I started following you a long time ago because of the weight loss, but there is so much more to you than that. Sending my love and gratitude!

    • http://www.philipmccluskey.com Philip McCluskey

Thanks for sharing so openly Jos. What a great foundation you have already, not being able to associate with any past pains. You are off to a heck of a start. :)

Humiliated… let that go. Who are you embarrassed by? What friends or family think? Who cares… this is your life. All things happen as they should. It you aren’t together, its because it wasn’t serving him, which means it wouldn’t serve you in the end either. Choose to remember all the positive experiences and just experience gratitude for all the good times, and all you learned. You can choose to let him go with love, and send him on his way to fulfill his higher purpose. Now you can too! Maintain that open distinctive and walk in it. When you choose to walk in that power, that is what will attract another.

Check out this relationship video… around min 3 until the end, watch how she has to remain open to attract what she would love: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2z2uo7m9LXs

Thank’s Philip. This is so right on and so pertinent to a lot of people’s lives right now. To be on purpose… Imagine what our world will be like with everyone on purpose, WOW! Being on purpose and remembering who I am is the topic at hand. Thanks for going into this and sharing your insights. I appreciate you in my world Philip. ~ Jeff

Thank you for this video Philip. It’s great to provide inspiration for those people out there that just seem to get stuck and can’t find their path towards their true potential. Chaining people’s mindsets is one of the hardest parts of the healing process but it’s definitely the most important step.

I just lost my job at the Post Office after 10 years. They sort of hustled me out the door. No appreciation for all the time and effort I had put into it. I’m looking for jobs but I can’t find anything I want to do and the money is not enough. This video really spoke to me. I want to be the best me I can. This shake up in my comfortable existence has really made me think about what I want out of life, and it’s not working in a stressful environment with hateful people. I am gonna try to get back into the mindset I had when I got out of high school. It’s never too late to start over. I am 56 years old, but feel younger. Thank you for your help. You are amazing and I love you.

    • http://www.philipmccluskey.com Philip McCluskey

      Hey Jackie,

Thank you for sharing. I know… sometimes it can be unfair, but you have the right mindset, and that will bring in and attract the next thing into your life. LOVE

Phillip: Awesome! This is a powerful message to those feeling down. A few thoughts that came to mind are how much we hold on to the unnecessary. I attended an Andy Dooley (brother to Mike Dooley http://www.tut.com) and he came up with a fun way to reprogram the negative out of us. Every time we had a limiting belief we shouted Stop! Cancel! Clear! Get the %$#^ out of here! And then we would replace the negative with a positive. It was fun to vent negative energy out. I also want to mention that individual resilience research is tied significantly to feeling part of something bigger than yourself–that means it is crucial to be part of and contribute to something you believe in. Imagine that…a win for all parties. Thanks for the great video.

this is so on spot for me right now that it brought tears to my eyes as it seemed it was meant for me to hear this tonight. i am very much challenged to move forward and be seen and heard and this is the third message today that i have gotten to ACT. after having raised a family and having lived in a small close-knit island community for over 30 years, i moved off the island in march to a new place where i know no one and have no job. i have been taking this time to renew my creativity and gifts and have been homesick and wondered if i was crazy to do this.
although i love to paint draw and share it with others and also practice reiki, i have this shy hermit side that i have been letting hold me back from sharing. thank you for the extra encouragement to step out. much love to you, martha

I adore you, Philip! Thank you so much for doing what you do. This is such a powerful video, its exactly what I needed to hear.

  • Sharon

Thank you Phillip. What a great message; and one I so need right now. I feel myself going downhill more everyday. Almost 8 years ago I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. Instead of going the conventional route, I beat cancer through a raw food diet. I also lost alot of weight. Over the last few years I have gradually put weight back on….about 30 lbs of it. I am in a panic right now. I feel I have gone from one things to another to try to figure out how to get going again. I still eat a very high raw diet….juice everyday, but it seems on the weekends, I cave in to stuff to make me feel a part of the crowd. I know something in myself is not working right…whether it is my attitude, I don’t know anymore. I just know I need help. I am confused and so very very down.
Thank you again for your video. I cried all the way through it.

    • http://www.philipmccluskey.com Philip McCluskey

Thank you for sharing with me Sharon. Let go of the panic of putting on the weight, that is what causes the unrest, and makes us overeat. Take steps to finding more peace, getting outside, keep yourself moving. What is going on during the weekend that is stressing you to overeat?

      • Sharon

Thank you so much for taking time to answer Phillip.
I know everything you are saying is true. The panic and the stressing over weight is just causing more of what I do not want. I know I have got to find a way to stop focusing on the things I do not want. I do much better during the week because I am able to stay with eating all raw with relatively no stress.
I think the weekends cause me to overeat and eat more cooked foods because I try to hard to please everyone. The family is all home together and we have more guests in…especially Friday evenings. We celebrate Shabbat with a big home cooked meal (most people would say a very healthy vegan meal….but I know for me I always feel bloated and frumpy after I eat cooked foods….and I esp. tend to overeat on cooked foods) Then Saturdays and Sundays tend to be more of the same. Just stress in trying to figure out what to fix everyone that they will like and that I will not feel guilty about.
Thank you again for taking time to help me. I have been looking at your website to see if there are some tools there I can use to help me with raw family meals.

Hi! Very cool to hear you mention Ho’oponopono! :o) Great video message! Thanks!
By the way, I could tell I wasn’t getting anywhere with my anger over GMOs, so in the past couple of months I have been taking a different approach – still being pro-active, but with more acceptance and even channeling love toward it and faith that everything will work out in time. (probably a bit of Byron Katie thinking there) Also, Meet Up is a wonderful way to connect with others! I happen to run a small wine club on there. Thanks again Philip – You are so very wise and enlightened!

    • http://www.philipmccluskey.com Philip McCluskey

Thanks for the love Cassie, and good on you for letting that GMO thing go. Send it love!!! :)

I have seen you over the last few years on YouTube , when I was looking into raw food. I truly believe in raw food but the longest I have gotten into it was two weeks. I have a husband and two kids , and I find it challenging to cook for my husband who is a picky eater, my kids who I find I need to cook different then my husband’s cooking, and then I leave my self for last and keep trying raw but I get discouraged to fast and throw in the towel.
I am not overweight but I feel like my body is not at it’s potential. I have recently been loosing hair , I did tests and went to the doctor’s, who thinks it’ one of three reasons, 1) hereditary, 2) stress, 3), hormonal. I personally think it is diet and stress but it’s all a big circle, in my opinion. Anyhow, I have been doing some more looking into raw food this week due to that problem and I came across you yet again and I am amazed at how far you have gotten following your passion. You truly are inspirational and when you talk, you send nothing but positive energy, I love it. It’s fantastic . I hope one day you’ll come out to Calgary . I’d be the first one to go see you speak. Keep up the amazing work!!!

    • http://www.philipmccluskey.com Philip McCluskey

Thanks for all your kind words, funny, I was just in Calgary a month ago! Not for a talk, for vacation. You know the awareness is the first step, and you are aware and making changes. Perfect! Keep it up and enjoy amazing health. :)

Bishop McCluskey, yes, yes, yes, that is what you are to me. You are my Brotha Bishop and I won’t take no for an answer. Bishop you are teaching me things that I have never even heard from past spiritual leaders that I have called Pastor. You share not only good food for the physical but wholesome everyday practical knowledge for the soul and it is ‘Beyond’ the skies limits. How ‘Awesome’ it is to witness you fulfilling your life’ destiny. Thank you for ‘Revealing’ to thousands of us in this ‘World’ who have been weary and sound ‘Asleep’ that we are not here on earth mere ‘Mistakes’ taking up space. Even when you ‘S H A K E and put us on ‘B L A S T’ the landing is ‘Safe’ with a for sure and stable ‘Foundation’ I am so grateful Bishop that you said ‘Yes’ to your ‘Call’ I do Love and appreciate you as well.

Continued Health, Favor, Prosperity, and Enlightenment
    Always 4 U

    Rob :o)
